WTF. My build date was to be October 10. I pulled up the VIN. Got the window sticker. Yea haw. To be built October 8. GREAT. Looked a little bit farther. Right color, BUT, it's a V6 convertible. Now I am pissed. Don't know if I was given the wrong VIN or my order got screwed up.

What a great way to end a weekend.

Do they ever screw up of the orders that way???

fords problem or my dealers screw up??

Ted.

Can you list the VIN so we can see the sticker, Ted? It's not like you are going to accept the V6 - right?

Hey, look on the bright side.....you'll get better mileage..... J/k, I'm certain you'll get it sorted. My build date is October 8th, and I haven't looked at/for the window sticker thingy.

Call SVT (800-367-3788) and give them your order number and dealer code and get them to verify the order. They will be able to tell you the cars description and it's current status.

I'd call your dealer and basically tell them to give you the correct VIN or make sure they have an allocation for a Shelby.... I hope it all works out for you!

It does make me nervous to see the "special order" memo in the bottom left.....

My dealer gave me my VIN on Friday, but accidentally read off a GT model that was listed below mine. Your's may have done the same thing.
