If it was a '08 he could of got a better deal IMO. If it's an '09 made after the clutch change he got a good deal.

Clutch noise is normal but second gear problems aren't if your car was built before 9-15-08 this might be some of your problem

If the build date of the '09 was 8-22-08 or later you have the updated flywheel and clutch and input shaft. ;-)

its all relative-money for the 09 or if you really want the 10
I personally was content with my purchase and the extra $$$$
savings goes right to mods...lol
