We all have made poor judgement calls while driving....like running a yellow light ...or sliding through a stop sign ...or for some of us not knowing when to let someone else drive but those are lessons we learn with experiance. Death is a one way street

OK, if we can't kill him or even wish him dead, how 'bout this:
We loop a 200lb test wire around his testicles and hoist him up by it. We then give him a dull knife and tell him he has two choices. He can either continue hanging by his scrotum until it tears off, or he can slice it off himself. The knife won't cut through the wire. He lives, but can't reproduce to pass on his "moron" genes. How's that?

the kid made a bad choice, but to HOPE he get's injured or killed? Seems a bit harsh?
