New 2015 info says GT500's 5.8L to be dropped for Ecoboost Coyote V8

a boosted 5.0 from the factory? yeah what a joke. although the current 5.0 is a joke, but if im correct didn't ford say they invested billions of dollars on the new engines they produced 3.5 3.7 5.0 5.8 and the 6.2? if ford really did invest billions of dollars on the 5.8l why would they discontinue it? I know they're going to drop the gt500, but a N/A 5.8l would fit fine in the new chassis for let say the new mach1 that is coming back in 2017. to piss away money like that and not get a return im sure ford wouldn't drop the 5.8l or how about take the 5.0 out of the trucks and use the 5.8l in them. the motor that should have been used in F150s. ( I know I have a 5.0 in my f150) I miss my 5.4l

the 5.8 is just a punched out 5.4 that been in production since the late 90s. why is a boosted 5.0 a joke? lol
