OP if you really want to beat the guy buy a standalone nitrous system (I recommend the NX "SAFE") 60-80lb injectors and hit it with a 150 shot...youll win.
edit: You'll probably be real damn close to 700rwhp and at least that much torque...however you will run the risk of lifting the heads off the block....also make sure you get a window switch or progressive controller...don't even attempt to hit that at anything under 50.

I might have missed it but what is done to your cobra? And how did you remove 250lbs from the car?
My friend down in GA just got a HCI Z06 so I might see how the whipple at 16psi does....i'll probably still need my 100 shot though.
