I did this once when going to the track and didn't get a chance to install them back right away. It sucks for everyday driving IMO
confirmed: driving on skinnies and cornering is WAY sketchier than not having the front sway.
i don't even think twice about the sway.
Driving without a front sway bar isn't as big of a deal as most people may think. If this was a Ford Explorer it would be a major issue but with these later model cars its barley noticable.
I've driven the white boss 302 to the track many of times (which you need to take some windy back roads to get there) and never once had a moment where I missed the front sway bar. The cars handle fine without it. Yes, it may not be ideal for someone going to a road course or autocross day, but neither is a large turbine wheel that comes with a Borg Warner turbo.
Any differences in installation such as tapping the oil pan or anything?
That's one way to look at it. The other way is to spend the money now, or get raped by a turbo. LolJust get a paxton or single turbo set up and go from there. If you have the money I'd go single. If you don't want your wallet raped go paxton.
Ours would probably be a longer install than any kit out there because of the extra parts the kit includes, that need to be installed. Kmember, turbo blanket, they half cores support, etc. but we can provide a pan w a welded bung if you want. Or ship us yours, weld it and send back w your kit.

Maybe on built motor. Stock block centri vs turbo isn't that much different. And on built motor either way can get you in the 8s as has been seen before. Turbo is of course easier to get there, but I chose paxton because I'm staying stock block and not paying someone 7k for a single turbo kit lol.
