Pretty bad for me. I'm in aviation instruction and we just got grounded. Two weeks of unpaid leave to start, chances are we may not resume until June, potentially even August because of the vast amount of internationals in training at our school. We'll know in around 2 weeks. However it's not the end all. No flying likely for awhile in my case, but we potentially will be getting paid to do manual and document work from home. My friends are at the airlines. One just got furloughed (laid off) for who knows how long, one was in training and all the trainees were told "go home," abruptly, and another one I work with just quit instruction with me and just found out his class got pushed back to June/July to fly the Boeing 737. There is a good chance he loses his job too. Really tough for all us, but we'll make it through. I'm in a good spot honestly because people always want to learn how to fly and my boss has already been assigning me work for home. I don't know how my airline buddies will fair and I hope they make it back quick. Stay optimistic everyone!
