Maybe if we can get everyone to pitch in and stay home for 15 days, we can "flatten the curve"
Yes over $7.50 an it is depression time no other way as they said $5 was the tipping point on the economy being able to function before the D word would happen as anything more and people couldn't afford to do anything or do anything and that included their jobs and so fund these idiots in Washington DC.
It is almost like the Dems want to destroy the country and their party and just decided to go to warp speed in order to do it.
I am calling it now if Gas does go past $7.50 it'll be 20 years before another Dem sees the White House that is if they actually do the right thing and purge their party of all hard leftest, Commies and Socialist
I’m afraid of this actually. They cheat more than me when I played battleship with my siblings.Bet you $100 Dems hold power next cycle.

I’d take that bet if he’s taking about nov 22 midterms.

This. And the American people will fall for it."We need more time, we can't fix all of Orange Man's mistakes and problems in just a couple of years. What, you think we have a magic wand?"
You'd have to be flirting with the poverty line already for $5/gallon gas makes it so you can't afford to get to work. Most average people should be able to absorb that increase without too much issue.
Doesn't make it right to allow prices to get that high, I just don't buy that $5 a gallon stops people from getting to work.
$100 on midterms and $100 on 24 Pres

Going from 3.50 to 5.60 increases my fuel costs by over $200 a month. Some people don't have that in their budget.
Not to mention $7 to 9 for diesel and everything goes up another 4-6% inflation in price so there is also that. Again I hope all 81 million that wanted this brain dead reject got what they wanted and then some more.
I’m far from the poverty line and $5 a gallon won’t stop me from going to work but me and my wife average 3-4 days per fill up due to our commutes so every increase does sting quite a bit. Add on top it’s a 20 minute drive to get into town for us so yeah the prices hurt. But more so it’s the cost of diesel doing the most damage, product cost of literally everything is increasing every time fuel goes up.
Won’t be long before amazon starts to run out of truck drivers, they have drastically cut driver rates while owner operators have had to bear this fuel increase. My father in law owns a truck and used to run for them but got cut from something like $4 a mile to under $2, and it costs him around $1800 to fill his truck.
