Can I see more pics of the house before and after the garage went up? I've been thinking of doing this with my carport as well.I turned my carport into a one car garage over last summer, did everything myself. put 4 coats of sherwin williams epoxy on the floor, chips, and then two coats of Rexthane on top. wearing a respirator. quoted cost on the floor was $2800. I used a better epoxy. total cost about $750. took about two weeks for the floor allowing curing time between coats. couple of months for the project working evenings and weekends. I would have loved to expand but the cost would been prohibitive.
Total cost $4600.

I've actually epoxy coated the floor in my shed a couple years ago (I used zipwall plywood on the floor itself, then coated it).
It's a 160MPH rated door that I did 18 years ago DennisBrad, what did you do for the garage door? Anything?
Give me a minute. Cleaning out kitchen cabinets after 30 years here. The crap is unreal. How about an updated photo of the garage….
