So headers, oil catch cans, throttle bodies, air filters, etc. are on the banned list next?

I see tons of exotics on YouTube, mainly So Cal, that run non factory turbo kits, down pipes, headers, electric exhaust cut outs, burble/crackle tunes, etc. is the ban/fine hammer coming for them, and the shops and tuners that sell and produce these items?

What about Harleys and rice rockets with modded/no exhaust systems and tunes? EPA is gonna have a ****ing field day...
You under a rock there buddy?

How’s this for clean air.

My 2015 Dodge Challenger has had a recall for the past couple of years for IMPORTANT EMISSIONS RECALL.

https://www.chrysler.com/universal/webselfservice/pdf/UB4.pdf

It seems that vehicles may release air pollutants which exceed Federal and California regulation standards.

Dodge has contacted me numerous times. My dealer has contacted me numerous times.

I won’t fix it. I don’t care. **** your clean air and suck on my fumes.

Like I said earlier they are coming for everything. The Thuds who are sitting back right now not caring because "Ma Carburetor" will be next on the EPA's list. The whole hobby will be whittled down to stickers and electric cuckmobiles.

So I'm brainstorming logical, effective ideas, to help extend a hobby of mine (ours) and you're over here trying to incite Civil War 2. Yet I'm the one on drugs. Sure thing dipshit.

I'm sure companies like Roush, Whipple, ProCharger, and other will still flourish and do well. I'm pretty sure they are all CARB/EPA friendly already.
It's just that we'll have to drive around with the canned tunes that come with these products.

unfortunately I believe all that will be left are the OEMs, Roush may survive because of their affiliation with Ford... but seriously the other are probably on borrowed time.

I had thought of this yesterday, but, Shelby American.
I don't know where any of this will be 10 years from now, but, all their work is 50 state compliant.

Idk if I'll stick around if this gets to convoluted.

A stock ZL1 might be the answer

Yes. From what I remember the ODBII computer they use in CA can somehow read if there is a tune on the car. Something about some digits that somewhere that the ODBII computer looks at which are altered when a tune is put on.
I had an individual here argue with me that the inspecting computer didnt detect anything. Newer cars built to CA spec all have something like this in their ECUs. Im sure there was a period of data collection that looked to see how many cars going through smog had modified tunes, regardless of equipment installed. If you dont think mother Sacramento wasnt paying attention, you were foolish or naive. Probably both. I left CA to get away from this Nazi level of control over my personal freedoms.

All these morons in these ABC enviro agencies dont give two shits about actual science or the economic ramifications for millions of Americans. If they did, they be arming themselves and invading China and India. But they arent. They simply wish to overburden the lives of Americans and cement themselves more power and control.

The Founders would be ashamed of how much power the Federal government has accumulated. And how weakly we Americans resisted this accumulation of power. Thomas Jefferson, Im sorry. :(

Yup, it's part of the entire "save the world we're all going to die in 10 years" communist manifesto.
.
They are hitting everything from construction, production, agricultural, industrial and aerospace.

Only reason half on this forum even know is because they now are personally impacted with stuff like Lund Racing. Harley guys had their world rocked a few years ago and now can't get certain ignition and timing modules, ecus, tunes, etc.
