so ive got a 2.1kb 3" pulley 7.25" crank pulley. I am calculating 17.7 LB of boost. I am getting 13 psi can I lose that much boost due to headers and free flow intake?

2.1 KB with all the typical mods 17 psi in FL will Iat2 be too high? I notice with my 8psi pulley im running around 125F iat2 when in summer FL traffic... I was thinking of going up to 17PSI and maybe running a meth injection to help cool things down at WOT... on 93 octane... will this work ok...
