03 crower cam instal and ptv clearance?

HHas any 1 installed a stage 3 set of crower cams in a 03 cobra and had any issues with piston to valve clearance? I have a set im looking to install and I can't afford 2 chew up pistons and valves and heads so any insight to this would be greatful. Ik u need new springs and retainers I have them. Does any 1 know estimated power gains?

Do your pistons have valve reliefs?

They should be a clear fit. Never heard of any issues with them.

it looks like a dent or dish in the piston top.
