Uncontrolable beast! Flicked the nitrous on in second and couldn't get it back in the groove afterwards.
What a ride, glad I was able to keep her steady.

Will be dialing in suspension for the added power... stay tuned!

same run, 2nd gear air :

What did the other guy have, though? Because it looked like he but a beatin' on you pretty bad! And you have to be making some crazy power to lift the wheels on a heavy Shelby!

Dominic runs the big K/B and usually goes 8.6x, we are good for 8.9x on the tvs , that is the reason we opted to spray on the run, unfortunate that we got out of the groove, we let go at the end of 3rd gear way before the 1/8 and still manage a 6.03 on the 1/8.... who knows if we would have been able to make the complete run...
on a side note we sprayed nos midway thru 2nd gear, lifting was on the 2nd gear shift without any spray

I was watching that run and I remember you getting some air on the 3rd gear shift too!;-)

75 shot will give approx 100rwhp, we are making 870rwhp on a mustang dyno without the spray...guess we are close to 1000rwhp on the spray still on the "lil" tvs...

hmm interesting. I thought it would yield closer to 125-150 whp ?

That's all the way opposite of anything I've ever read about nitrous. If it gives 100+HP at the wheels why in the world is it called a 75 shot?? Forgive me if that's a stupid question. I don't know diddly about how cheater gas is calculated.

nitrous on boosted applications tend to yield a higher gain in power than spraying into a non-boosted engine. im sure someone smarter than myself can chime in as to why this is so...
