The can. Changes to the turbo can change how it spools. Lots of things goes into it. Most people know of turbo lag because they see cars with incorrect turbo(s) on the car. Just last year if you mentioned single turbo on a coyote people would show you how they didn't work with out lots of issues. Now they have been tested and are coming around.
Again, a lot goes into it. But stage a turbo car correctly, have the suspension worked out and it could leave as hard as anything out there.
That's a big whipple right? Might as well be a big block in there then.
