That’s rough, sorry to hear. Good luck on he ongoing work
I had a shop do the work so idk if they did or not. Thanks for the part #'s I'll replace them when I pull the trans. That sucks. When you replaced the intermediate shaft did you replace the 13 bolts that attach the front pump to trans case?. Part # 6L2Z-7N134-BA.
6R80 service manual says to replaces those 13 bolts(6L2Z-7N134-BA) every time you open it up.
Or it could be a front pump seal. 6L2Z-7A248-AA.
$5k +/-How much auto swap usually ran ? Just typical one .
Why?6R80 swaps are popping up left and right now. We need to get to work on getting a DCT from the new GT500 in a cobra
$5k +/-

Any know what good shop that doing these swap ?
Why not? Haha. That’d be badass. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love my 6R80 but damn a DCT would be wild

I used a one piece driveshaft from the 10-15 model and had it shortened and swapped rear yokes. That’s the expensive route though. So which driveshaft is needed for the 2003-04 cobra terminator IRS? I CANNOT FIND A SOLID ANSWER ON THIS?
Go to a local, reputable DS shop and have one made. They'll need what yokes you want, what material you want, and they'll give you some measurements they'll need. I had one built for my lightning when i broke the stock shaft. It was about the same cost as a new oem one, without the wait.So which driveshaft is needed for the 2003-04 cobra terminator IRS?
