Our Sam's got some Maisto in, and after some digging I came up with this little guy. It was the only Cobra in a display of probably 200 cars. Why, Maisto? Why?

I can't find a pic of one anywhere, so I'm assuming this is a new flavor. Have they done one with black wheels before?

Strange that they'd pick a non-factory paint color, along with the dark gray wheels.

Cobra emblem kinda high.
Just a bit! LOL. They aren't "precision" diecast so buyers will ignore that for the most part. Now if they were Danbury Mint or Franklin Mint diecast I wouldn't be as forgiving. It was a sad day when they stopped making diecast models. Utter shame they never did a 2003-2004 Cobra.

Can someone locate one of these for me? Shoot me a PM if you can.

I’m checking my Sam’s Club tomorrow. I’ve asked them to get a pallet of Maisto cars down off the top of a bunker and they did and they let me go through the cars and I found four pristine CO Cobras.
Thanks so much!
