Im running a twin 72mm right now on my VMP elbow. I would hope it would work with a 73mm. I guess I should pop the TB off and do some measuring. I just want to upgrade because my VMP 72 is rather touchy and despite multiple tune attempts its just very hard to keep the idle smooth.

Your comparing a oval (vmp) vs a true round 73 (BPS) . Your vmp is only 66mm tall.

Who does your tuning? Is that extra?

this throttle body will not require tuning in most cases

I'm curious on fitment with a Whipple as well. I have no problem doing a little grinding if I need to.

then you are good to go, small amount to be removed and voila 73mm FTW!!!!

Was there any gain with just the elbow? I have a monoblade and it works great don't really want to switch my tb. I'm interested in the elbow tho.

the elbow by itself was not tested but its design is far better than the oem ,
the custom elbow will outflow the oem one and this translate into gains.

I'm in for minimum elbow.
I have the L&M 72 but I think I may sell it to a local buddy and buy your elbow, TB and an upper pulley and idler, gonna make this TVS scream!

Cool, nice work. Would there be any substantive benefit over a '13 TVS with a L&M 72mm and port matched L&M elbow?

This... At the end of the day, we know that there are significant increases compared to OEM vs. your BPS Twin 73mm & Elbow; For guys that have "other products" already, is it possible to see comparisons of the increases with the competition....? Thanks,

I don't want to speak for BPS but I think it depends on the blower you're running.
I understand the BPS elbow is for the '13-14 TVS?
