Boost A Pump Wiring???

no... I came back and read this thread like 3 times

I just tapped BAP into the orange wire and the car wouldn't run. Im going to tap into the purple wire and measure voltage at orange (actually mine is yellow not orange) before and after like you did.

Right now without the BAP im getting about 8v at idle at the orange (yellow) wire. Going back outside now to do more cutting lol....

I'm pretty sure I used the thick purple wire for my boost a pump but I'm not 100% sure. There was a really nice write up on this forum but you'd have to search for it as I don't recall the title

got it all figured out. Thanks much.. your comments on this thread helped me a lot.

I searched like crazy for an install that search landed me on this thread.

For some reason I cant search SVTP very good.

Thanks though BAP is installed and car is running awesome.

Which wire did you tap gimmie11s? Purple? Any stripes on the wire? I'm about to do mine and can't find an exact answer.

Edit: Used the purple one. About to install the injectors and then load up the base tune... then paxton tuning time lol (as long as I used the right wire for BAP)

You picked the right one. You will be able to hear the difference in the pump once it's done.
