overall i think it looks real nice for me not being crazy about retro. 475/475 is better than most thought and the interior looks much nicer than in the mules. i think the stripes are pure clad (anyone know if they are paint or vinyl?) and the 2 ton vert will probably not be much faster than the '03, but the tires and chassis should make up for it.

I don't think Ford produced the Shelby to "race"....it's too heavy and too ladened down with "comfort" items. It looks to built to attract the old baby boomers, like myself, that want the retro look, some excellent street power, and THE comfort. Ford will have to bring out a "Boss" or something that is stripped of the extras and weight to satisfy the racing purest. I'm willing to bet, that it's already in the works.

They've removed several item that were listed on the concept, so I'm betting it WILL be under $40 grand now. That's the only reason that makes cents.
