Do 2011-2013 Mustang GTs sold in California have 2 additional catalytic converters? What exactly is the "California Emissions System" on the sticker on a new car in California?

Thanks for the replies. Still don't understand why stickers on new Mustangs in California list "California Emissions System"????????

I'm pretty sure my car had it on the window sticker as well, I bought my car new in Colorado though. Cali is really tight about their emissions. Maybe it is just something they have to have on the sticker to make the sale in Cali, so they put it on all stickers?

Its listed right on the window sticker

California emissions: No charge

So I think all of the cars have Cali emissions.(mine was bought in NJ)
Check Ford.com window stickers, you'll see all of them have it.

I'm sure that California is the most strict as far as emissions laws. This may be on the stickers just so that buys will know they can register their car anywhere in the country. I think, maybe, who knows

It's just stating that the car meets the CARB requirements in order to be registered and operated in California. They're all like that. These cars only come with 2 catalytic converters and 2 resonators.
