No more tip-toeing.
-Time for LE reform.
-Time for proper vetting, with real background checks and lie detector tests that actually check for crimes, not just truthfulness about committing past crimes. .
-Time for repeated psyche and drug evals, random and often.
-Time for open SOPs.
-Time for body cams.
-Time for review boards with independent prosecutors.
-Time for LE officers, judges and lawyers to be held accountable (no immunity) for all the laws they so dearly love to enforce.

Nationwide.

This is a Rhetorical question.
How many more incidents have been covered up because of no camera?

Why do we need any of that, the officer was charged and the event was caught on camera.. What on your list of demands would result in anything different.

reference my list.
If LE has nothing (more) to hide, they ought not mind being further monitored.

What's sauce for the goose, ought to be sauce for the gander.

people can't be reformed by the unreformed.
police need to start policing themselves..first...but they have continued to resist...NOW the chickens are coming home to roost.

LE simply cutting themselves loose of these guys is not good enough anymore.

Now to see if this clown gets to intimidate a grand jury, by being allowed to stand before them and ID them, a direct contradiction of the reason for grand jury secrecy in the first place.

And how many officers will show in uniform at his trial?

Wasn't this the valedictorian that attacked the police car with a knife?

Sorry but, it is good the officer removed this filth from the world.

Explain to me, what in your mind makes you think you should live after attacking a police car with any weapon? Is it Liberalism? Stupidity? The Race Card? What?

They don't mind, ask any of the LEO's who visit this site. They like body cams, they makes police 90 percent of claims against officers disappear.

They are subject to everything on your list already.

Any questions?

It took a judge ordering the video to be released for them to finally charge the officer.

Good..I hope you are right.
So long as cams stay on at all times.
This means not activated by police lights, manually, etc.

And the process is working. The justice system is slow for a reason.

Fast when LE wants someone and good at covering for itself by denying exculpatory evidence and helping it age out past civil limits on such.

A child accidentally shot himself here last week and died. The parents were charged within a few days. A judge here left son in a hot car this summer and the child died........he's yet to be charged. Both were admitted accidents but the "regular" people aren't given such leeway.

Well yeah, your level of justice can be enhanced by the quality of your counsel. Remember OJ? Welcome to the system, it will not change.

reference revised list.

Example: Lie detector tests for LE only check for truthfulness about past crimes..especially drug use.

If you are in a position to be shot by an officer, you probably don't deserve much better. More than likely this officer did everyone a favor.

I get that. Whats also weird about this is the city paid the family 5 million dollars last year WITHOUT the family even filing suit. They knew a while ago what happened. Did they think it would just blow over or something.
