Closed on my new house today

I just got back from the final walk through and closing on my new house. I always wanted to live on the water. The current dock is being expanded and a new 4 post 16,000 pound lift is being installed in two weeks.

I still have the place on Biscayne Bay in Miami. It is rented to friend of mine from work.

With this place my boat stays really close. Plus with close to 4000 sq/ft I have room to wander.

For now, my Sea Doo Jet Boat is going there. It is fun and has a 255 hp supercharged motor.

But I am looking at a few 32 ft center console fishing boats.

I have my eye on this one and one just like it that is set to be repoed.
