The '93 Cobra has 4 lug wheels. It also has a unique transmission that the SAAC didn't have. The SAAC is a very important and significant car, but only a fool would think that it was any sort of prototype for the Cobra. Did the Cobra take some cues from the SAAC? Sure. Did the SAAC have everything the Cobra did? Hardly.
