DAMN!!!
It does come in black, did you read the whole post?? Page one talks about the painting. The install is easy for the instrument cluster bezel. The hardest part is removing the headlight knob (if you've never done it before) I also removed the rubber flap at the bottom, that seals against the steering column, and glued it to the autometer piece.Originally posted by Phreakfree
With the Dash cluster, was the color it came in matching to the stock color?
Good question, Plenty I'm sure, I "measured twice, cut once"Originally posted by svtcobra01
lets just say you cut your dash board wrong. how much would a new one run.
Are you serious ?? They come from the factory like that.Originally posted by svtcobra01
how did u get your stock gauges to glow green ?
thanks, sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but the pics are always helpful, and thankfully I have them hosted on my server, so they won't get lost like so many have lately. I was hoping to see a nice pic of some SSR GT3s the other day, and the pic got changed to an old beater Ford escort or somethingOriginally posted by xVENOMx

Is yours a coupe? You also have 1 of the 23 with Parchment:-D

it's nice, the needles are constantly moving, Lots to look at even with the slightest movement of your right foot Once I found out that the factory oil press gauge read 12 o'clock from 6 psi to 100 or whatever the rediculously wide range is, that was it, I had to do something about it. It's almost as if FORD doesn't want the needles to move, which is contradictory to having a gauge in the first place, why not just have idiot lights then?Originally posted by 351MachOne
.......How does it feel to have REAL gauges? Not just the equivalent of dummy lights with a needle..
