Bump for an amazing Cobra:rockon:

Just thought i would pass some info on to people interested in this car. I bought Phillysvt's 03 Cobra a little while back, and the only way i was able to get financing approved for more than NADA value was to have the car appraised. I used autoappraisalnetwork.com .....it cost about $180, but was obviously well worth it. They were able to do an appraisal over the phone, and emailed me the appraisal within a few days. Good luck with the sale!

And then you have to sell the whipple and get your money back for the kb you just bought, its not the swap anyone is worried about you dip shit its the cash to get back out of the whipple or trade for a kb and in this economy its much easier said than done :poke:

Bump for a nice car again

Haha, you are too funny. Whipples/KB's trade in a HEARTBEAT on these forums everyday...yes in this economy. I guess I'm a "dipshit" but I just don't stress the small stuff like you.

Sorry OP, couldn't let this mental midget have the last word (unless he replies again, then it's all his )!

Bump again for a clean well built ride!!

Sure it might be easy to trade a beat up blower but I highly doubt it'd be easy to find another blower that is in similar condition with similar use that he'd want to trade for.

Problem is the selling the Whipple will be easy. With it being the updated version, even easier. Then you need to buy the KB at retail! You need to have it installed by a KB guy, unless you find a used KB.

Plus.... his favorite color is SB. If this guy found a KB SB Cobra, he would be happy. My suggestion is he trade for that built Mach 1 I have seen on the forum, hehe.

Threw some ET Streets on the car yesterday and they did not help. I blew them off all day

Really? That's good info to know... I keep hearing that they are one of the best street tires you can buy... I'm just running Nitto 555 RIIs...

What did you have before? What's your power level?

Power level is about the same as yours, but shows a bit less through the auto on a dyno. Car should run high 10s. I am now leaning towards some hoosiers or some sort of slick. I was using BF Goodrich KDW NT 295s and those were a joke...

Ironic. I watched it myself this morning. I shook my head and thought "holy crap..." I never get to watch the speedometer shoot up as I drive. I'm basically watching the road and glancing at RPMs...

Awesome Mystichrome man. Free bump

My neighbors are the same, I used to work 3rd shift at a casino, and they'd bitch when school kids went up the road in their Civics (I live 1330ft from a school, don't ask how I know it's exactly 1/4 mile lol looooong story), and I supposedly woke them up with my 383 stroker Silverado while I was sleeping after work (they apparently don't know the differences in 4cyl vs V8). ****in' witless neighbors.
