How is everyone running wider tires without hitting the shock? Ive got 275/60/15 hoosier drag radials on 15x10 darkstars and the sidewall of the tire will rub the shock occasionally.

A 275 on a 10" wheel? Wow.

Are they the correct offset?

Yes. The 275 hoosier drs are spec'd for a 8-10" wheel. Look and fit great

What tall is the 295 55's?
I'm running 3.31 gear and dot want to cross the 1/8th in second gear.ff

The MT DR 295/55/15 is 27.8 inches tall

 

[Competition]

Stick shift car is not going to work as well on a MT Radial as it will on a full slick. Too stiff of sidewall for the initial shock of a stick shift launch.
