That really looks great!

Since I'm from California it looks really strange to pour the foundation last!

Are you in an area where you can build whatever you want without permits?

I sure wish I was......

that is odd to pour foundation last lol a few questions though...
why did you not dig up the ground and atleast get the concrete a few inches in?
main reason grass and whatnot will grow through the concrete.. and why didnt you fill the holes with concrete also...

but anyway looks amazing good job and congrats

Pretty exciting watching your shop go up, isn't it? Keep the photos coming as it progresses. :)

Yea it is different but the building was built level then they come in and dig out the ground level with a bobcat then put a 12" curb(concrete barrier) around the base of the building. The floor is actually about 6 inches into the ground and 4 inches thick. The poles are 3.5 foot in and do have concrete. We just covered the top over with dirt...

Heres a pic before the curb..

A side entrance would be a must for me as well, I've been thinking about it for a long time. Floor drains, at least two entrances to move cars around and everything else you have! Nice

What is the large dip in that last photo, or is it just the angle of the photo? Almost looks like it was dug out.
