Just ran over to Staples to drop off an Amazon return and noticed gas at $3.06 and $3.09 at two places.

I was shocked to pay $2.89 this morning. Gone down about .50 in the past 2 weeks.

Down about 40 cents the past week. $3.44 a gallon for 87 octane at the local Sunoco. The Mobil across the street from it is two cents less.

I paid 2.79 in Southeast Michigan yesterday. However that was at a station that just opened so that could be why. Most stations around are 3.39-3.59.

Monday, 87 was $2.97. It was $3.25 on the way in Tuesday. Flipping crude has been going down.
