Is Anyone Doing Any This?

I am installing a mini-PC under my passenger side seat and installing the Afterburner-eFPC software, interfacing it with the FJO wideband oxygen sensor for realtime monitoring and on-the-fly adjustments. When the Predator software is available, I will connect it to the Predator for streaming.

I am installing a folding 7" touchscreen display between the visors for the user interface.

Since I am doing the above, I might as well installed GPS tracking capabilities.

My software developers are working on other "tools" for me.:-D

If anyone is doing this, I would appreciate any info.

I have a TC1000 Compaq and, actually, thought of do this; I may decide to go this route as I get into it. But, it would be nice to have the touchscreen conveniently mounted for GPS tracking. You are right, though, wiring the Compaq would be easier.

Thanks for the input.

I'm also interested in this could you set it up to play mp3's and such then mount the screen where the stock head unit is ? This seems like it could be alot of fun use this to run your autotap along with all your programs for tuning when we get that option. Also you could hook up a wideband so it's all there

I know that I may be a downer here but are the cpu's vibration resistant? Will they withstand that rigors of day to day driving, hard driving, and so on? Also what about heat? Sorry I am very interested I would just be interested to find out if it would be plausible without having to buy a new hard drive every several months.
