To answer the original question, yes she is. I think that there are people that are MORE qualified than she is of course, but those people are not a choice in this election. I'm not 100% ecstatic about either candidate or their vp choice. But given the choices between McCain/Palin or Obama/Biden, I believe McCain/Palin will be the most "qualified" team in the whitehouse.
