well this starts as I took my coil pack covers in to get powder coated. when he sand blasted the old powder coat off. he had the regulator set at 200psi and it melted the corners folding them over.. so I went and picked them up after the fact they didn't like the idea what it cost to replace them. I took them to work, used a torch to straighten them out. tig welded them back up, placing steel behind it to try and keep the aluminum from closing up the gasket groove since the aluminum wont stick to steel. then put them in the Bridgeport and cleaned up the gasket groove back in it and cleaned up the outside. pretty happy with how they turned out for the circumstances. at least this got me some free powder coating LOL they are back getting coated right now.
