My 99 does, and in 5th if you get in and out of it its really bad. Through the lower gears driving technique will cover it up.

Yes I do:

1988 LX -- had it before mods
1998 GT -- has it
2003 Cobra -- has it

seems to b part of the charm... sort of like body groan on a vette...........

03 Cobra has it and so does my 01 GT (but not as bad). Also, I've noticed that rapid shifting seems to help. But since I'm still breaking in the Cobra I am only shifting gingerly.

I do, but only if I'm not careful. Can shift "clunkless", 99% of the time. People just need to synchronize their shifts to what the driveline likes. My '98 Cobra was the same. With practice, clunkless. New driver, clunk-city.

mine cluck is right in the tranny not the rear end. sounds and feels like the tranny mounts are broken or the drive shaft is super loose.

Not sure exactly where in the drivetrain it is (tranny, rear end) but I do have thud/clunk.
