I always snag TVs just a size or two under the “biggest” one available.

My 55” was a grand when 60-65s were new.
70” a grand when 75-85s came out.
Just got a 75” last year for around $700

85” is a monster!

Im sure I will, bought an 85" QN85C last week and it looks sooo good. Doing a return and replace for this one, both were same price.

Crazy times. I remember my first LCD 37" was $700. Bought a 65" Panasonic Plasma on sale for $2,500, probably my favorite TV.

Got a 83" LED 4k Samsung TV HDR, was around 3k. Lasted 7~ years, LED's went bad

Truth be told, was not impressed with the picture quality, IMO my Panasonic TV looked better and still looks great.

Soo much for Plasma TV's not lasting long, 10-11 years later, still looks amazing in my room.

10-11 years and a good picture isn’t too shabby. I’ve had good luck with reliability of my televisions so far, hoping it stays that way.

The wife actually considered it and asked how I would park it in the garage and not sell my Cobra. Brought up my idea for a big roll on lift for 2 cars and told her the spot above her G70 would be hers and she asked if that was real and would fit. Im thinking this means a major garage makeover in my future =)
