Dude, it looks great! Any bigger and it would probably have a negative effect to her appearance..
I will have pics up of my wife tonight. She is a tall amazonian style blonde that would need a larger size to balance her hips and shoulders (she is training for a fitness competition). I am all in, she is well grounded, and I support her 100%.
Some buddies in the car business also stated the same concerns, that with me working so much, she will start to go out with the girls more....get more attention from younger guys....etc etc etc.........but with the children at home, and with the dedication that she has to training, there probably isn't too much more time for an affair...and I don't think she would do that to me anyway..
PLUS she has her own career in the Oil and Gas Industry..

She is considering a reduction, not implants. Bigger would be silly.
Good buddy of mine wife got implants and after 15 years of marriage went crazy with her new found glories. He caught her having an affair a year later and now in the process of a divorce. He told me the biggest mistake was letting his wife get implants......
I'm sure there are good stories too. My daughter's old daycare provider got implants. After 3 kids her breasts were actually smaller then when she was a teenager. So she got them to feel better about herself. Her husband didn't care either way. They didn't change her. In fact, if I didn't know she was getting them, I never would have noticed. She didn't start wearing low cut shirts or anything like that.
And for those of you wondering, no I didn't find all this out myself. My wife told me about it. And my wife got to see and feel them. I told her next time I want to be there to watch.

If you don't mind me asking who's the Doc? I live in Wichita Falls and my girl is starting to look. She has silicon for the last seven years and she's worried about them. Plus she want so go down a little as well. We moved here from Salt Lake City and the doctors there are very good. We just don't know anyone here. Thanks.

Meh, I'm against implants all the way. Even small boobs are better than fake ones and VS is making new bras every day to make chick's boobs look bigger anyway. I don't think I'd like being able to feel some sort of bag inside the boob itself, plus no nipple sensitivity takes all the fun out of playing with them.
