Cars been running for a little while now, I have just been busy sorting out issues, the tuner has had trouble getting it to idle, turns out the IAC motor was bad...I found and fixed the bad IAC this weekend also gapped the plugs down to 0.025" going back to the dyno tomorrow. It was also breaking up past 4000rpm on the dyno we think it could be spark blowout or possibly a bad coil. With the 3.5" pulley it made 20.7psi vs 17-18psi it with same pulley setup on stock motor. So I picked up about 3psi boost with same pulleies even with the big cams.. the porting and TB definitely made a difference. Once i get the car sorted out on "low boost" I will be throwing the 3" pulley on there which will effectively spin the 2.8 Blower to it's max rated 18,000rpm @ 6700 engine rpm

Did you say that the wrong way around? With all the work you did I'd expect to see less boost on the same pulley combo vs what you saw on the stock motor?

That's the hard evidence the bigger thottlebody and cleaned up blower inlet improved flow into the rotors.

Ah yes, sorry I was reading all the improvements to air flow like cams and your other changes and missed that. I can definitely see that part. When my 2.9 Whipple got the crusher inlet which is a huge inlet and bigger TB, large unrestricted MAF housing and filter and tube I picked up about 4 PSI too.

Pullied for 18psi (3.5/2lb), seeing 20psi. Aborted run at 6500 getting spark issues after 6000rpm.. Was not able to to pull to 6900rpm redline, will try running a smaller gap
