Does one exist? Hell yes, always has and always will most likely.

Do I agree with it as far as punishment goes? No I don't but it is a fact and here IMO is why.
When a male teacher sleeps with a teen girl he is in it for a piece of tail and that's it. While a teen girl is at the most impressionable and fragile time with her emotions. She is "In love" or very emotionally attached. This will possibly scar this girl for life and at 40 will still possibly feeling the effects.
When a teen boy sleeps with a female teacher he is in it for a piece of tail and that's it. (See the common part here?) while the female may be emotionally attached she is at an age where she can move on. This will not affect the boy forever and at 40 he will still be bragging to friends of how he banged a teacher in HS.
Is it right? No but facts are facts and men and women ARE different. Men think about sex way more than most women.
