Had a E55 Mercedes running low 12's in the spring! The vette ran low 11's last fall. :-D

George tells me that the E55 is in the upper 11s now - just from a PCM flash :lol1:

I think Amazon is making the trip to Jackson with some of us from the upstate. Shoot Rick or Linn an email to make sure. He tuned about 7-8 cars at Ware Shoals on Sat.

who do I need to contact about this? are we expected there as vendors or just going with the GitR Done Gang? either way Rick will be available for tuning..

Gonna try and get the caravan from Greenville together for Sat. morning. We are gonna meet at the Hot Spot om Hwy 25 at around 8 or 8:30 a.m. IF Anyone needs directions, just drop me or Kilroy a p.m. Last year, we had a large caravan traveling down the roads to Jackson . That sucks that you can't make it out man. I'll make a couple extra passes just for you.
I don't know if you'll see any 10's from me, but I'm going to try my hardest. In Feb. I had street tires and a fairly stock Eaton, full exhaust, CAI with IRS and ran a 12.45 which is nothing special. So with all the mods since then, with a set of Dragradials I'm shooting for low 11's............I'll let you know :rockon:

Damn I was so looking forward to this ! Well this weekend I took the car for some bracket racing . Needless to say I destroyed the internals in my solid axle thank to a broken and axle a cracked carrier . Now I'm catching hell trying to find a 31 spline t-loc and carrier , the axles were easy to get .

Last few times the "get-r-done" gang (UMC-folk) were pitted along the fence near the staging lanes. We'll most likely wind up there again & we should have a grill or two fired up, too around lunch:30. :beer: Maybe Rocky and I can seek you guys out after we swap the rear rubber. I know Rick and Linn are closer to some of you, but you are more than welcome to use my shop as a meeting place...and if we have enough notice, could turn it in to a dyno day.

There are 2 bracket races, a woman's race with 2 awards and a main race with 10 awards. The women in the ladies race can also compete in the main race where there are men running the race too. So you get to enter two races while the men only get one.

Start time will be 9:30 a.m. and will go to 5:00 p.m. The track let's you stay for grudge night free so you get a full day of track for one fee. (Yes, you can still run on the track Saturday night). Our rental is officially over at 5:00 p.m.

I would suggest showing up around 11:00 a.m. if all you want to do is spectate. There is a spectator fee of $5.00 per person and children 12 and under get in free.

The meet time at McDonald's in Rock Hill, SC, is 6:30 a.m. and we will leave at 7:00 a.m. sharp as Jason stated. If you are not there by 7:00 a.m. then you will have to catch the caravan at the next stop, Exit 5 on I20 (Hwy 25). We will leave there at 9:00 a.m. and arrive at the track at 9:30 a.m. Please do not try to get in the gate as they will not let you in anyway. It is best to start arriving a little after 9:30 a.m. so we can get set up and delays will be minimal. If you are already registered for the event then all you have to do is sign a waiver form. If you are not registered for the event yet then we ask that you print out a form and bring it with you completely filled out along with the event fee of $50.00.

You will get your money's worth as this is why we have had repeat racers coming all of the time to our event. It's fun, you get your money's worth, and it's a great time to make new friends or bring current ones with you.

Don't forget we will have a portable dyno at the event in case you want to see how much hp you have at the rear wheels.

Amazon Racing and Pro Dyno will both be providing something for the event! :thumbsup:
