Any updates yet?
nah i wanted to run the car last night but the local track was having a diesel top 10 list. That screamed no track prep to me so i didnt go. The car has slicks mounted and c85 in the tank...maybe this wednesday night if the weather holds.

sold the car but it was a 13 with tremec swap stock bottom end WG with a 3.33 6 rib boost was 10.7 gauge in logs with meth on DR's 11.05 at 136 1/8 was 102. The new owner is suppose to get back to me he has slicks now and my previous 60 was 1.7-.1.9 so not the best didn't want to rip the rear end out so it was slipping the clutch at 3000 or so and walking the car out. Lund tuned installed by beefcake aka finishline performance. Next build will be turbo but being budget sensitive paxton/vortech is the best bang for the buck with stock bottom end...

what Tremec 2.97 or 2.66 and how about the rear gear thanks

Why bother with expensive C85? That kinda defeats the purpose of switching to corn. If you wanted to pay $11 gal, you could have skipped the expensive fuel system and just ran race gas...

You can actually get C85 for fairly cheap depending on where you are located at. And it is always spot on.

Thumper is going to be developing a new tensioner for our cars really soon and that should help with belt slip.

Define cheap?

my 3 local stations have been spot on all summer testing to 90% or better... At $1.89 a gallon that's hard to beat! Especially at 14mpg

Because im pushing the stock engine at around 730-740whp and want the consistency of c85.
