just picked up my 09 gt500 the other day, always have wanted one and well now i can finally own one. its pre owned but that doesnt bother me... beggers can't be choosers.

mod list:

JLT CF intake, not sure of the size
a pulley to add tension to the belt next to the charger pulley
diable tuner with custom 93 octane tune
kooks longtube header
ford racing catback exhaust
ford racing suspension package
spec twin disk clutch and flywheel
nitto 555 extremes, 295s in the rear, 265s in the front

looking to get it retuned some where in houston or austin as im stationed at fort hood.

Austin, that is the exact package I ordered. 2012 GT500 SVT package, Nav, Recarros! What mods are you going with first? I've already upgraded the speakers, added subs, now i think i'm going to throw the Steeda Power Pak on (pulley CAI, Tune) maybe some LCA's and an off-road X-Pipe, not sure if she needs anything beyond that.

I would also like to put on a pulley/tune and am waiting to see if anyone comes out with an o/r h-pipe that's not over $500. The first I want to do is 20% tint all the way around. I am going to try to wait until November (Black Friday) to purchase some mods at some great prices. Bob's LCA went for a killer price last year and I have the time to wait. I have gone back and forth with x vs h pipe, and am going to try to find some shelby's with exhaust mods at Mustang Week in Myrtle Beach, SC this year.

I noticed the 2013 supersnake has black alcoas on it, wonder who is supplying them?

Those are Alcoas but they are discontinued also. And there is no 2013 Supersnake yet, Shelby is building 2012's still.

That is a 50th Anniversary for Shelby America. They did 50 in the Black and Gold, and 50 White with Gold. They are 2012MY platforms.

Well, I picked up my 2010 last week. It is so rediculously nice on the Autobahn. The speedo goes to 160, but at 160 the speedo stops and the tach keeps climbing. I haven't verified my fastest yet, but it's in the area of 170. I had to let out cause of traffic. At 150mph in my old '02 GT, there was no way to even hear the stereo, but now at 150 I can have a conversation with my wife without even raising my voice.
