Whipple numbers

Just got my car back today from Lamotta Performance in Longwood, Florida. Whipple, lowering kit, single blade throttle body, injectors, etc. - all I can say is WOW. Check out the attached dyno. Couldn't really get on it on the way home - a light, misting drizzle prevented me from opening it up (and a trunk full of stock parts). The difference is AMAZING - going to the track next week.

For those interested, the lowering kit does create a mild vibration on startup and regular driving that you can feel in the frame. I drove another car setup like mine and I thought the vibration was from the seriously harsh exhaust on that car. Actually, I kind of like it - makes you realize the kind of power available. Very mild, nothing worth complaining about.

Many thanks to Jake Lamotta and his team - if you're anywhere near central Florida, he is the one to take your stang to, bar none. If you've taken your car elsewhere, and it still isn't right, Jake can fix what ails ya!

Anyone on the fence about doing it - just do it!!!:burnout:

Edit: It says I may NOT post attachments - so no dyno until I get that fixed. Any ideas?

I been missing in action as of late..this I know...Well, I already had the FRPP COLD AIR with The Pro Cal Ford Racding tune. I went to the greatest tuner in the world today in Justin Starkey at VMP tuning...we did the first run with the PRO CAL TUNE....good numbers...he said my stock numbers probably were around the 440 -450 point...which is good since the pro cal tune which is the first run came in at
Pro Cal tune with FRPP CAI: 483 rwhp and 475 torque at 10.47 max boost ran rich though

second run is the same setup with VMP Tune 517 rwhp and 502 torque at 11.40 max boost 11.7 a/f

3rd run was with the 2.65 pulley and 90 mm idler 544.94 rwhp and 546 max torque at 12.92 max boost and 11.7 a/f
car was starting to get warm wi9th the fla temps exceeding 75 degrees today....overall, I am very very happy...its like a new car and I have to relearn driving it all over again...THANK JUSTIN!!!!!!!!!! Sheet below

Run 1 was stock except for exhaust.
Run 006 was with Steeda Carbon Fiber CAI
Run 008 was with CAI and Steeda blower pulley with mail order tune.
I plan on going back and getting a custom tune to see if I can get more out of the combo!

Just got back from HPP performance with a new set of dyno #'s
545hp and 504ft lb torque with my new JLT CAI and magnaflow
exhaust. Manny is the man with his dyno tunes. Not a bad set of
initial mods ...
