Well. I gave it another go to re fill this morning and burp the system. The system took a gallon of distilled water and had room for more. I only had a gallon so I didn’t even bother driving it today. I quickly checked tho oil dipstick to see if I had crossover but it was clean. Idk how this shit lost all that fluid. The reservoir tank marked full but the crossover area was dry.
I really don’t want to take it to a shop in my area but Im kind of lost here.
Through the crossover tubeI know you said you're following the guidelines but where are you filling with coolant? Are you feeling through the crossover or are you feeling through the tank

This sounds like you still have air in the system. The burping procedure takes several steps and heat cycles. ALWAYS fill at the crossover, not at the overflow tank. I once had a dealer flush my cooling system and even they screwed it up.

Incase it happens to be the radiator what do you guys recommend? I’m having a hard time finding a direct fit with no mods required or supper small adjustments needed for install.I typically had to burp mine 3 times starting out with the correct fill and burping procedure

I burped it 4 times last night and it still spewed water. I give up lol ford charges me 125 for a diagnostic. I’m taking it in Monday unless I find a shop I can trust around me.
chemical test, not sure what its called exactly but it looks for exhaust gasses in reservoir. What made you rule out a blown head gasket?
