I went by PSI Motor Sports today and they told me that full headers with high flow cats will only give me about 12 rwh. Is anyone running these and what have u see on the dyno?

I'm running them with the high flow cats. I haven't dyno'ed yet but I know beefcake said he gained 25hp. I love them they sound amazing.
How much did they quote for the install? I'm thinking you will pick up quite a bit more than that
I'm sure its more than 12 HP.
Before Stainless works headers 12.77 @111.7 MPH was my best track time. DA of +1250 ft
After Stainless works headers (no cats) 12.44 @114.6 MPH, DA of +1300 ft.
The tunes were the same with the exception of the rear O2 sensors being shut off in the header tune.

I'm sure they're just giving you safe numbers. Don't want to over estimate.
The cats may hold up a little horsepower, but not that much. We typically see between 20-25 rwhp with this setup on a N/A car.
What about on a PD supercharged car? more or less?
typically around 30 hp
Maybe the shop meant 12HP without a tune.
Or 12 HP per header :beer:

Beef, which mufflers do you have, retro, or turbo muffler?
They really are only offering the retro on the 5.0's. They started out with the turbo's, but after they mocked up the retro on my car, they have switched completely over.

whats the price to install a set of LTs? Expensive mod....
Depend on the shop I've heard as high as 700. I did the install myself it was pretty easy. A little intimidating at first but after you get into it it's a piece of cake.
