Is the camber adjustable on a stock 2011 GT500. I drive mine often and would like to not wear down the insides of my front tire as much as I do now. I got it aligned about two months ago and camber was -7 degrees I believe.

Not with all stock front suspension components. As Catmonkey stated -0.75* +/- 0.75* is OEM camber spec. You should not see significant tire wear if you are at -0.7*. On the street I run -1.25* left and right and I see inside tire wear, but it isn't terrible. Now caster on the other hand is +7.1* +/- 0.75*, but that would not cause tire wear.
