I like the boost and fuel press. I think that the Wide band would be the best guage and the pyrometer. They tell you alot more critical info.

One of these days, I'll be getting three. They will be oil pressure, water temp, and Boost/Vacuum. If I could only get two, it would be oil pressure and water temp.

Yea agreed on the oil press since all we have is an oil switch. Wish we had somewhere to put all these guages without cluttering up the interior.

An oil temp gauge is very useful because it uses the same sender as all the other temp gauges. So you can have it read oil, as well as the trans and differential oil. I also have it reading the water temp. Just connect the sender wire to a small sliding switch (I mounted mine on the dash pod) to move to each reading.

That's one reason I want to do an aftermarket stereo swap, so that I can setup a set of guages like my 99 had...

if you only got 2 gauges....oil and fuel pressure. those are the 2 that can save your engine. then A/F, but a good one hooked up to a wideband.

boost is not necessary. it is more of a bragging thing if you have a pullied blower or aftermarket blower.

Can someone tell me exactly what the fuel pressure gauges does??

it shows the fuel pressure in the fuel rail. Not sure how else to explain it, but that is what it does. So when you get on it, it goes up as it should. So if you are suppose to be at like 60psi at WOT, but you are at 30 or 40, then something is wrong. I am hoping if your FPRS goes bad it would show that to, but I have checked on that.
