I run one from a boat that sticks to the inside of the windshield near the defroster. You cannot see it unless you look for it. Not visible from the outside My windshield is tinted too, so it interferes but I do still get most stations. But I usually run Bluetooth anyway so it doesn’t bother me.

Thank’s I will check it out, my ocd won’t let me have something on a car that doesn’t work. And if I ever sell this thing, (lol) I will be able to honestly say everything works

My antenna is shaved too.

I saw a CO at MW years ago that had so much custom work done, it was insane in person. I checked it out for over an hr, just kept noticing all the custom work. Had Custom deck lid, all shaved side scoops, custom cowl cobra hood etc. He sold the car, new owner got rear ended and totaled the car shortly after taking ownership. I’ll dig through my pictures and post them up.
My antenna is shaved as well. Looks so much cleaner.

I have the Dakota digital one, not mounted yet but I have an Isimple blutooth kit under the console with the blutooth switch being wired into the foglight button since i don't have foglights, still have to make a blutooth logo for it and mount the antenna but I was thinking of mounting it inside the rear saleen wing or in the center of the trunk lid since those are some type of composite material.

For the cobra I was planning so shave it as well and mount above the headliner with a carbon roof.

Thoughts on the signal in those locations?

picked up my new little toy to dry the wheels and some areas of the car.
That's nice! How much did it cost? I have another brand, but these do a great job. I use it on the entire car, including the wheels. I use a microfiber towel to grab any left over water.

bob I paid 299 with an extra free battery. I can do the whole car. You know whats funny. I can dry my car faster with my towels than the blower lol. Im going to see how this one does. I bought the strongest model. Next nice day I will test this one out.

Hog ass cams and blower whine. Man those were the days
Hell yea. My cousins would race their fox bodies in the late 80s early 90s at this spot on the island we used to meet up at. Then I started hanging out there in 2000. In 03 we packed 150 cars in a parking lot. mustangs, corvettes, camaros, ws6s, we had a twin turbo yellow viper, a lambo, imports. That night we had 3 03 cobras and mine. I remember so many people came up to our cobras. They were like yo is this the new cobra? lol. No fights, no shootings, no issues. No immature babies. Just good fun.

Top of the windshield is a very common place to mount them. That would be my pick if it is a coupe.

Picked up a insta360 x3 camera and threw it on the old terminator. Overall I’m happy with the first video and I plan on moving the camera to the windshield or hood so you can hear the blower whine next

I have a strong magnetic mount for my gopro. It's nice to move it around the car as I want. One time I met up with a bunch of other Cobras that wasn't planned. I was able to pop it on my roof like the old cop car lights.

I was(am) under the impression that the antenna had to be able to see the sky. Not sure it will work in the locations you mentioned

Now that’s a weird looking GT500/GT350!
haha, i know man.. I came across this and couldn't pass it up.

11k miles. heads, cam, intake, fullexhaust.

Its not fast, especially after driving the cobra, but its fun and makes "useable power." I had a 96Z28 in high school and always wanted to get back into one of these eventually. So I'm glad I can check it off the list.

I will absolutely be adding a GT350 to the garage eventually though. I test drove one a week or so ago and i need one bad.
