Water and exercise. Sounds counterintuitive but I think bumping your heart rate and working up a sweat metabolizes and flushes the byproducts of the alcohol in your body a little faster.

That actually sounds like something to try, force it out.

Prevention is the best...Chaser works pretty well....as for a cure....break open a beer and a bowl of menudo...best cure ever.

i cant do water, it gives me a relapse, i use gatorade, for some reason after you finish it, about 10 min later your cured, i feel fine each time
