It's being built the last week of January. She's not nearly as excited as me. It'll look just like this, except ours will be the MAX version.

440hp/510tq before @JJackson515 hooks me up.

Ford has been crushing it with the expedition since 2015 imo. Just wish they did the screen in a horizontal orientation instead of a giant iPad slapped on the dash. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Good looking ride Nick!

So we actually discussed that at Dealer Council not too long ago.

Ford's reply was you have to make it vertical, if you make it horizontal the far right edge is too far away from the driver to meet some safety requirement.

Woah, interesting. Glad the discussion is being had at least.

That is a really tall display. I can see how a landscape/horizonal display wouldn't work, safety wise. However, the driver might have a challenging time using the bottom portion without it being a potential distraction. IMO car manufacturers are putting too much digital info at the driver's disposal. Compare the wads of interactions today every time we drive compared to the minimal back in the day. But that said, I'll take the superior technology even with it's caveats.

Nick, what is your wife driving now? An older Expedition?
