What the OP isn't telling is the officer most likely saved him and his buddies fro getting rolled by the tranny they picked up.

#1 they had no right to pull you over! You stopped! Its a free country and last time I checked we can drive around where ever the **** we want to.

Try driving across my front lawn and then tell me if you still think this is a true statement. And OP says he stopped. You weren't there, so quit swinging from his nuts. As far as we know, he may have pulled up past the stop bar at the intersection and then stopped. That is a violation, and at 4am inthe hood, he got stopped. Pretty damn cut and clear.

You should have known better than to post in here about this. 95% of the members here are hanging from the cops balls and kissing their asses.

First off I would like to say thank you to 95% of the members on here for kissing my ass. But frankly, it does nothing for me, might as well be stroking my wallet.

Second...to the 95% of you swinging from my nuts, please stop. You ****ers are heavy, and these things aren't exactly getting higher with old age.

Third...2001Snake, driving is a privilege, not a right. You might want to check again

No reason? Driving through a sketchy part of Philly at 4 am is a good reason to give a car a second look.

So, you were stopped for a few minutes at 4 am and werent written a ticket or anything else. Way to complain.

Now lets talk about crappy dentists and how they overcharge for stupid crap and try to sell people work they dont need.

Yeah- because after all (taking the OP's story at face value) it's COMPLETELY illegal to drive through certain parts of town depending on the time of day. And 4 seconds at a stop sign has got to be PC for something right- so we'll call it a "rolling stop" that way if we come up empty the DA won't totally slam us if we get called on it.

Come on man- the cops were "fishing" and they were the ones who got caught with their panties down- and they give a warning? For what- don't go driving on public streets "Skippy!!" Please:nonono:

You cant catch sharks unless you fish!

I will not waste my time trying to make you understand how police work is done. You simply dont want to hear it. If that is what the officer said was the reason for the stop then he was likely wrong, but the reasonable suspicion for the stop was there and is legitimate.

Sounds like "profiling". I can see stops for headlights out, illegal tint and so on. Making things up should not be how police work "should be done". If an LEO can't admit that this stop was far fetched without a legitimate reason, you might be in the wrong line of work.

Profiling? What was the profile?

The stop was based on reasonable suspicion. If the officer said it was for rolling through the stop sign and the OP didnt then that is wrong. But in the grand scheme of things the officer had the cause to make the stop and investigate.

So, either way the stop was occurring for cause. The OP wasnt ticketed for the offense.

It amazes that people scream and yell that L.E. should send their time busting "real" criminals but no one wants to be inconvenienced for a few minutes to allow that to happen.

So many experts as RYAN already stated.

And threatening cars?? I have to worry about the cars being threatening too now? ****!

Guess you're not smart enough to realize I was talking about the people in the car. It's ok! But yeah, I was talking about the people in the car. Transformers was a cool movie, but its not real. Nobody like a smartass person.

Kinda tough to profile individuals inside a car, at night, before stopping them...

Every thread in this section you come in and defend cops no matter what they do. You think they are always right and doing the right thing no matter what. It gets old.

OP- You did nothing wrong, and should not be stopped for something you obviously didn't do.

Not saying that he is NOT threating, but why pull over the less threating car? It's call stereotyping and it works 90% of the time. And I said what "I've" noticed....do I live in that area?...No. I could be talking about a nice neighborhood for all you know. So I did think and it's a matter of opinion. Don't get butt hurt over it.

You should have known better than to post in here about this. 95% of the members here are hanging from the cops balls and kissing their asses.

#1 they had no right to pull you over! You stopped! Its a free country and last time I checked we can drive around where ever the **** we want to.

#2 there is no number 2 because you shouldn't have been stopped in the first place, simple as that....

Sounds like "profiling". I can see stops for headlights out, illegal tint and so on. Making things up should not be how police work "should be done". If an LEO can't admit that this stop was far fetched without a legitimate reason, you might be in the wrong line of work.

That's is what we have been saying, while you have been calling us stupid for saying it.

Your post was idiotic, you did not simply say that the officer should not have claimed he made a rolling stop but went a lot further without any actual experience to support your statements. Further, the various posts don't agree with your new stance. Btw, where did I call you stupid?

you clearly continue to miss the point that the officer had reasonable suspicion to make the stop and investigate regardless of the stated reason for the stop.

I just love how you get away with insults outside of Smack Down. You must do some serious ass kissing with the moderators behind closed doors. Unbelievable!

lol I love Vegas humor. Maybe we can direct them to the Las Vegas Lounge when they visit.

And to those mentioning profiling...hmmm...I guess if it does exist it has a pretty good batting average, otherwise it would not exist.
