Great numbers!! Thanks to the OP!!! Forgive my stupidity here. I don't have much experience with chassis dynos--only engine dynos. Do you guys do both or just the chassis ones? I know it's a pain to take the motor out to put on an engine dyno but would that help compare the SAE numbers (not having to account for drivetrain losses etc.)? Sorry for the dumb question.

Rick from Livernois who made an appearance in this thread is probably the only one with regular access to an engine dyno, but I'm not even completely sure they have one. 99% of the dyno numbers you'll see on here will be chassis dynos like a Dyno Jet more than likely as its considered to be the most accurate.
LOl that looks like the modded ZL1 that ran the good runs.
How about a roll race with the modded ZL-1?
We do have an engine dyno and 2 chassis dynos. The chassis dynos are used dialy, but we typically use the engine dyno for development. It's a lot of work getting the engine on the engine dyno and ready to run.

Shelby needs mods first... The ZL1 went 9.87 @ 142 mph. It's quick from a dig or a roll.

that car went from 60 to almost 170 in a matter of seconds!!!!!
