Lol no you truly don't get that my original comment toward FRC was about his reasoning for commenting on this forum(because it beats all other forums(also I was using a joking tone proven by my followup immediately after his post)), not his length of time spent on this forum, thus making any comment you made toward me irrelevant. Especially after I mentioned I was joking and to "get back on topic"...You conveniently missed those posts and decided to take a really stupid swipe at a "noob" making yourself (IMO) look like a ________. Do I care if you think I did or did not get the point of whatever meaningless thing you were attempting to prove? Answer=NO. Make sense?

So as I attempted to do before you derailed my comments with your meaningless comments...Back on topic.:poke:

Too bad you're not closer to me. I would like to try to run a GT500 like yourself. Yours is probably just a small bit slower than my GT500 is that I just returned to stock (about to sell). I picked up a C6Z a little while ago and would look forward to that run. Nice kill!

Ok, so your Shelby is what ~4000LB? vs the Z ~3050LB? That alone will take 100RWHP to overcome, take the much better gearing on the Z and I think that the term "buses" may be an over statement. At ~50MPH the Z is right on the power band in 2nd gear, and it will pull like a freight train all the way to ~90MPH at the top of 2nd.

May be the Z driver was in 3rd gear? I can see that, but "bus lengths" its an overstatement.

GT500 with driver anywhere from 3875 to 4000lbs
C6Z anywhere from 3175-3300.
So roughly 700-800Lbs
So yes the 14 could have bused the Z, its completely possible.

lol...sorry guys, sold the car a few weeks ago and ordered new comp orange 5.0 with PP. Now the c6Z can put bus lengths on me! lol

The gearing is actually very similar between the C6z and the 13-14 Shelby.
